Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to set-up. Children will not be allowed on the floor until their scheduled party time (please keep them upstairs until the birthday party staff comes up and goes through the rules)
360 Gym provides: table cloth and table set-up for 15 children, plus small tables for adults, presents, etc. The rest you will need to bring with you, ie: plates, napkins, themed decorations.
You will need to bring your own cake, cupcakes, drinks and ice cream. We have a refrigerator/freezer available for use if needed. A half hour upstairs is not long enough to feed your party, such as pizza.
We ask that you do not bring helium balloons. We don't allow glitter or silly string.
Once the kids are done on the floor and are sent upstairs for cake/presents they will not be allowed back on to the floor.
Waivers will be needed before children are allowed on the floor. Adults can be on the floor for taking pictures or to help younger children under 3. Parents and adults over the age of 18 are not allowed to be on the equipment (pit and trampoline included)
The birthday party price includes 15 participants (anyone playing on or using the equipment, including adults). You will be charged an additional $10/person for more than 15.
Payment in full is due at the time of booking. If you cancel more than 2 weeks in advance, a refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee is available). If cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance, a refund (minus the $50 cancellation fee) will only be given if we can re-book your party time. $25 late booking fee will be added for any party booked a week or less in advance of party date.
