Class Guidelines
It is very important that you be on time for class. Stretching and a good warm-up are very important to prevent injury. It is also very disruptive to the class when kids come in late.
If you miss a class, you need to call the office and schedule a time and day for a make-up class. Any make-up classes need to be done with-in three weeks of the missed class or you forfeit the class. We do not pro-rate for missed classes!
Clothing/Hair Guidelines
Girls may wear leotards, unitards, cotton or spandex shorts with a tucked in shirt. No baggy clothing.
Boys wear cotton or spandex shorts with a tucked in t-shirt.
No shorts or pants with snaps, buttons or zippers.
Hair must be tied back if shoulder length or longer.
For safety reasons there is a no jewelry policy.
Parents guidelines
Parents are encouraged to stay and watch. For safety reasons only gymnasts and coaches are allowed on the gym floor. If you need to leave during class, please be back to pick up your child no later than 15 minutes after the end of their class.
Any concerns or questions should be brought to the attention of one of the staff at the end of class. We need to hear from you to be able to correct any problems that might arise.
We do progression of the kids to get to our Team Level. One of the Team Coaches will let you know if they feel your child is ready to move up. Please remember that Team classes require a longer time commitment and larger dollar commitment. The Team kids stay 3-9 hours per week.
Injuries can occur. It is your responsibility to have Medical Insurance. 360 Gymnastics and CheerĀ is not liable for any Medical costs.
